What you need
- 2 cups Crispy tofu cubes (see recipe here)
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp Spring onion, finely chopped
- 2-5 Red chillis, de-seeded, and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
How to put this together
- Heat oil in pan
- Add garlic + spring onion + red chillis. Fry until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce + sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add crispy tofu cubes. Mix well.
- Taste & season
- Serve immediately
