Easy to make, and so satisfying.
What you need:
- 250g Fresh Shiitake mushrooms, cut into bite size
- 2 Spring onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
How to put this together:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mushrooms. Stir fry until they wilt slightly.
- Add soy sauce. Taste & season.
- When mushroom is almost cooked, add spring onions. Drizzle sesame oil.
- When mushroom is fully cooked, take off heat.
- Serve immediately.
